What are the hours of operation?
All of business centre sites are accessible 7 days a week, from 06:00 till 22:00 and many of our suites and storage units can be made available with 24 hour access.
What Is Included In The Rent?
Rent can include utilities, internet and estate costs. However each unit is different as we sometimes meter electricity depending on the use. Please get in touch to enquire.
What are the Access Arrangements?
At the time of signing you will be given your own access fob and/ or security pass code that will allow you access to your unit. All our sites have internal and external CCTV and some units benefit from private alarm systems that alert tenants on activation.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Most of our sites are accessed via secure entry fob but where needed we provide a lock at move in.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
We invite you to book a viewing or call our team for assistance.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
Not at all! Our flexible licence terms mean you can rent from as little as 1 month to 1 year and for as long as you’d like.
What do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
Please bring a government issued photographic ID and recent proof of address in order to validate your identity and rent a unit. We also ask Office tenant’s to provide a public liability insurance policy.
When can I move in?
If there is an available office space or storage unit that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in the same day!
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
It depends on the length of the original agreement. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We are cashless and accept payments via Bank Transfer and Direct Debit.
